Make this veganuary tastier with these homemade protein packed falafels. I created two different flavours, but there is still plenty room for improvisation, so I promise that you will have loads of fun! 🌟 They are also quite easy to make and are just perfect for lunch boxes 🙌 you will need:This recipe makes about 35 large or 80 small falafels, so feel free to reduce quantities. This is enough for 10-12 lunch boxes.
step 1Blend following ingredients for good 5-6 minutes: chickpeas, mixed beans, garlic, green pepper, chilli pepper, vegan pesto, hemp protein powder, olive oil, sea salt.
step 4heat up large frying pan with some vegetable oil in it. Fry on a medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side. Leave on a kitchen towel to dry and then pack your lunch boxes! enjoy!with love,
