From Scotland to EnglandThose who are close friends of mine will know why I wasn't posting anything for past month. At the end of summer I decided that Glasgow is too small for me and I need new challenges and excitement in life. So I decided to move to London - my favourite city in Europe. It's been a really hard and hectic month... I was searching for a decent flat (if you live in London, or have friends here, you will know that you can't have a perfect flat in a perfect location if you are on budget, but after tons of flat viewings and phone calls, I finally got my dream studio!), then decorating it, taking all my stuff over all the way from Glasgow (and yes, I have shopping addiction), working like crazy too, so I could afford living here etc. But with a huge huge help from my friends and family, I finally moved down south this week! And it is as exciting as I thought it would be! There is so much of everything. And I mean everything: different people, unusual shops and food markets, constant movement... And I love that :) So now I'm back on track with my time-management and writing, and I hope that I can share a little bit of London with you! Happy reading :)
The Recipe:![]() I still don't have wifi in my studio, so everyday I go to library - to send as many CVs as I can and catch up with everything in general :) It's about 7 minute walk, but you are passing over 20 different fruit and veg supermarkets and shops. Fresh fruits and vegetables are literally on every corner! So yesterday after library I grabbed some wild mushrooms and courgettes and created this. First of all, wash and chop courgette and mushrooms. Put them in preheated wok pan (put some spicy olive oil first) and leave them there for about 7 minutes, stirring everything from time to time. Meanwhile, prepare your wraps. I did some pictures for those who doesn't like reading, but the process is pretty straight forward. Place 2-3 spoons of hummus per wrap (sorry, but I need to tell you this... there is a massive super market that is open 24/7 just 5 minutes from my flat, and they have big hummus tubs - 1000 grams for only £1.99. Yes, I am not joking - 1 kilogram of hummus for less than 2 pounds! #VeganDream) and add some sweet chilli sauce. Then place some rocket leaves and finally top with mushroom/courgette filling. Then wrap them nicely and firmly and that's you! ❤️ and few words from me ❤️
