Take a large baking tray and place some tin foil on it. Than take one tortilla wrap, put rice mixture on 2/3 of it and roll very firmly. Then slice rolled wrap in 5-7 pieces. Put individual pieces on the tray and repeat with couple more wraps till tray is full. Place it in the oven and leave for 15 minutes.
If you are having a party or some friends over, you can place rolls on a large tray and decorate with some parsley leaves and sweet chilli sauce. If you want to make it as a meal, serve with side salad and some chilli sauce on side.
Big fan of spicy food? No problem, add a little more chilli powder into rice and decorate with some chilli flakes and serve with some chilli oil on side! I hope you will enjoy this as much as I did!
