First of all, boil water then add stock cubes, broccoli & cauliflower. Crush few peppercorns and add them to the pot along with bunch of dry basil. Cook for about 15 minutes on a maximum heat then let it rest keeping the lid on.
The last step is the easiest one. Simply put everything (boiled and fried vegetables) into a large blender and mix for a minute. Heat blended soup in a sauce pan & serve with some chilli flakes and parsley on top. Enjoy!
