Butternut squash noodles with spicy lentils

Light but filling recipe that takes only 15 minutes to make. Instead of pasta noodles I used butternut squash ones, so the dish is perfect if you want to avoid carbs.

You can make it as spicy as you want by adding more spices when cooking lentils.

Very Green Curry 🌿

I've seen so many cool things in the shops around my area! First of all, you can find spinach in any form possible - fresh, frozen, tinned, canned, marinated, pickled, in sauce, not in sauce... I could go forever :) that makes your life so much easier when it comes to dishes with spinach. 
Secondly, there are endless selection of spices, sauces and other ingredients that can enhance flavour of any dish. So I keep trying everything, and it's super exciting. Literally, every day in London is exciting.
