Hummus with kale

This week I tried hummus with kale from the supermarket (because I am always keen on trying flavours that I haven't seen before) and I thought it would be a good idea to try and make it myself.

This is literally the best hummus that I've ever made, so I am writing a quick post for you as the recipe is still fresh in my head 😇

Why I love soups so much and my no hummus challenge

😇What's great about soups is that they usually don't contain many calories, but are quite filling and healthy. Also, it's really fun to cook them, because in many cases all you need to do is to through stuff into a pot and have a glass of wine while soup is cooking. ❤️

And going to my no hummus challenge... The only reason behind it is to become more creative when it comes to vegan dips and spreads, so today I will be sharing a really easy and tasty recipe for one awesome vegan spread that I invented today (by the way, I won't be eating hummus only every second month, so for those who loves it - don't worry too much 😇)

Stuffed Vegan Portobello Mushrooms

​Since summer in Glasgow is kind of over, I thought I will post some vegan comfort foods. I always loved mushrooms and large portobellos were on offer last week, so I decided to bake some stuffed mushrooms and completely improvise with the filling. Result was honestly even better than I imagined so hopefully you will get some useful and tasty vegan ideas from this post as well!
