These muffins are bursting with flavour, and the sourness of lemons and blueberries are perfectly balanced out with vegan white chocolate! I finished them with home made lemon 'butter' cream, fresh blueberries, chocolate buttons and lemon zest. Give it a go during the bank holiday weekend 🍋
