Little trip back home
One of the reasons why I am making recipes that are low in carbs this week is because I was on holiday! It's really hard not to put any extra weight when you are back home... Anyway, I had a super cute and fun time back in Lithuania. Below I have some pictures from our beautiful sea side for you!
As I mentioned, it won't take more than 15 minutes to make it, so it's perfect after a busy day at work. First of all, heat a large frying pan and put some olive oil in it. Drain lentils and pour them and cider in a pan, then add in all spices, mix well and leave uncovered. Meanwhile chop spring onions and crunchy lettuce and mix in with lentils. Finally put boodles in, cover the pan, reduce heat to minimum and leave for about 7 minutes.
Once done, mix well again and check if you want to add more chilli powder, pepper or salt. Sprinkle some spring onions and dills before serving.
