While majority of the world is still in the lockdown, there has never been a better time for some home baking! So why not to try something completely different from classic cupcakes, banana breads or sourdough loaves? I have recently invented this savoury Thai bakes recipe, packed with coconut and lemongrass 🥥 (plus very easy and fun to make)

I have been eating a lot of Mexican-cuisine-inspired food recently, and these vegan chickpea and bean tacos are 100% my favourites. I don't know about you, but I am strong believer that same filing can be used for both, taco and fajita recipes. So if you prefer to roll a fajita wrap rather than get messy with a taco, feel free to use this recipe too.
This dish is quick and fun to make, quite filling but not too heavy, packed with plant protein and other goodness, and most importantly finger-licking delicious. Also, it's very practical, as no fancy ingredients are required! Last weekend I came up with this meatless 'meatball' recipe. If you make enough, they are perfect for the lunch boxes and lazy dinner meals. I have included the actual 'meatball' recipe, as well as pasta sauce if you want to use them in a dish. Enjoy reading and happy tasty Saturday! 🍝
Make this veganuary tastier with these homemade protein packed falafels. I created two different flavours, but there is still plenty room for improvisation, so I promise that you will have loads of fun! 🌟 They are also quite easy to make and are just perfect for lunch boxes 🙌
Indulge yourself into these mouthwatering festive cupcakes, packed with cherries and chocolate. They are extra fluffy and taste absolutely amazing. Click read more for the recipe!
These little nutritious treats are super easy and quick to make - you just need few ingredients and one good blender, and you good to go! 💥
You can keep these protein balls in your freezer for up to a month, or in your fridge for up to 2 weeks (although, I am pretty sure you will consume them faster, as they are delish!). They make perfect breakfast on the go, or super before/after gym snack -- as the name suggests, they are packed with protein! You are about to discover one exciting pasta dish that is hearty and warm, but also quite fresh & light at the same time. I have added some unusual ingredients, like peach 🍑 and asparagus, to give it a unique flavour; and used my favourite chestnut mushrooms, for some autumnal hint 🍁
Give it a go - it's a perfect weekend dish! 🌟And it goes perfect with a glass of good red wine, what more could you ask for? 🍷 Very quick and easy-to-make vegan pasta recipe, that will impress everyone. Perfect for a family night, dinner party or any other occasion that you can think of!
It doesn't have loads of ingredients or fancy herbs and spices either, so you will be able to buy everything in your local shop. Chestnut mushrooms, spinach and courgettes give this dish a unique flavour, and creamy base adds some cosiness to it. Finished with basil and black pepper to make it extra delicious. Enjoy! 🍝🌿 ![]() To celebrate Easter and spring, I have upgraded a classic lemon cake to a fancier version, and made it vegan, of course. These muffins are bursting with flavour, and the sourness of lemons and blueberries are perfectly balanced out with vegan white chocolate! I finished them with home made lemon 'butter' cream, fresh blueberries, chocolate buttons and lemon zest. Give it a go during the bank holiday weekend 🍋 |
